Our Cake Knives and Spatulas are produced in a town located in the central part of Japan.
Seki-shi is well known town of traditionally producing knives for over 700 years, and the quality of our appliances produced here is second to none.
Cake Knives
The stainless steel cake knives with serrated blade are perfect for cut a cake into pieces.
10" , 12" and 14" length blades with molded plastic or wooden handle in 5 inches are available.
We also make plain blade cake knives, too.
Spatulas
Our spatulas are made from high-quality stainless steel and delicate production processes bring ideal flexibility and strength to the blade.
Combination with traditional had wood or molded plastic handle provide comfort grip and outstanding control.
* Molded plastic handle should be customer' s investment of the injection mold.
